All orders will be sent with tracking. Cost of shipping is depends on if the items are a stocked item or Print on Demand.
Shipping for in stock items within Australia is a flat rate of $8.95 per order. Shipping for all Print on Demand items is calculated at the checkout. If there are both stocked and print on demand items in the cart then two lots of shipping will apply as the items are dispatched from different locations.

Orders will be processed and sent out within 2-3 days of ordering for in stock items, depending on the day of the week orders are placed. Delivery times vary depending where in Australia you are located. Print on Demand items there will be a rough guide for time of delivery on the check out page – please note this may change due to circumstances outside our control.

Packaging & Gift Tags:

Gift tags and wrapping can be added to any order for In Stock Items, put a comment in the notes with what you would like written. If the order is for multiple items let me know which name goes with which item so I can attach them.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases or custom orders. If the item is faulty or you are not 100% happy with my products please contact me and we can work together to solve the problem.
